Strawberry Smoothie

This little gem of a recipe is quick and easy to make. But if early mornings in your home run Def-con 1 like they can at 1 North Harmon, it’s every bit as good when made the night before. Here you go DoAheads…one Strawberry Smoothie coming up!

 

Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups strawberry flavored yogurt (we like Greek Yogurt.)

½ square of firm tofu (save the other half for later in the week.)

2 packages thawed strawberries

1 cup milk

1 Tbps Honey

1 tsp Lemon Juice

Combine ingredients in blender. Mix thoroughly. Chill.

If you make it in the morning and are in a hurry you can mix the ingredients and then put the blender in the freezer. Remove it in 20 minutes, mix again, then serve!

Bam! Strawberry Smoothie to the rescue!
