Anytime WorkoutDoAhead Divas! I am uber excited to have my friend Sheri DiMaggio guest post today!

I met this powerhouse of a lady 6 months ago. She’s got a heart as big as the state she resides in and a Texas drawl that makes me drool with envy!

Sheri founded the online fitness training company Think Strength. Instead of wasting time running to the gym Sherri makes it possible for us to grab hold of  tools for healthy living right in our homes.

Today’s post is a quick and simple workout. (Check out the link for a demonstration.)  Sheri encourages us to arrange our mind ahead of time (sounds like a DoAhead to me) so that we can commit to completing the workout on said days and said times. In her words, “Schedule appointments with your health and don’t break the appointment!”

Pick your reps ahead of time, write them down, and commit to complete that number every set.  Do not sell yourself short!!


Taps or High Knees: 30-50

Burpees: 10-15

Squat Jacks: 15-25

Mountain Climbers: 30-50


Push/ups & Tricep Dips 10-20 each

Switches: 20-30

Squat, Bicep Curl, Press: 10-15

Bent over Row: 10-15


Taps or High Knees: 30-50

Burpees: 10-15

Squat Jacks: 15-25

Mountain Climbers: 30-50


6” Abs: Hold each 10-20 sec 10-15 reps

Windshield Abs: 20-30

Side Plank: 10-20

Row Boats: 10-20
