Powerhouse Fruit Smoothie

smoothies-1

The chaos meter has been on the rise for our tribe. The first thing to go when it comes to a decent diet? Breakfast! As a result we’ve been making good use of our BlendTec Mixer.

A family favorite has always been the Peanut Butter-Chocolate Smoothie but lately we’ve been rotating it with a variation of fruit smoothies.

If you’ve got a blender, Magic Bullet or any other similar appliance, today’s fruit concoction will be a snap for YOUR busy mornings!

Recipe Notes

A fresh smoothie is the best smoothie but we've been known to make double the portion and have it on hand for a twenty-four hour time frame. Depending upon how many you are serving you may be able to eek two breakfasts and one after-school snack from a batch!

***If you like your smoothies a bit more sweet add a tablespoon of honey-it's all you'll need!
