Instructions
  1. Pop corn. Spread over lightly greased cookie sheets.
  2. Boil brown sugar, butter and syrup for five minutes. Add vanilla and soda.
  3. Drizzle over popcorn and then stir until coated. Bake for 30 minutes at 250 degrees. Remove from oven, Stir to separate kernels.
Recipe Notes

A great DoAhead is to make in big batches and store in an airtight container. It will keep for up to two weeks. (If you're pressed for time another DoAhead is to simply purchase corn that's already been popped!)
