I was tempted to inundate you with a ton of corny jokes. I restrained myself and limited it to the title.

This will be my last in a series of “corny” recipes (and they all sigh with relief).

I haven’t yet decided what March will be. But I kid you not…all this corn is making me hungry for sweet so we’ll see!

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl melt butter than add egg and milk. Whip liquids until well blended.
  2. Fold liquid mixture into dry ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 9X9 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
Recipe Notes

There are two DoAhead options for this recipe. Mix the batter than freeze. Thaw batter and cook according to instructions. You may also fully bake the bread and than freeze. Thaw and serve at room temperature. Bam! You've done ahead!
