Truth. This dish was initially titled “Vegetable Casserole.” However approximately a decade ago a certain 6’4″ member of our family declared abolition against casseroles of any type.

Funny…I haven’t made “cassserole” ever since. 🙂

Instructions
  1. Lightly grease a 9 X 12 baking dish. Layer vegetables. Layer croutons next. Top with grated cheese.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine soup, water, wine, onion flakes and creole seasoning. Drizzle over vegetables. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
Recipe Notes

A great DoAhead for this recipe is to use frozen or canned veggies. However, fresh is always best! If you've got just a few minutes to spare, buy the fresh and than prep the veggies the day before. Assembling the dish prior to your meal will be a snap!
