  1. Boil the cauliflower until tender. Drain water. Let cool for a few mintues.
  2. Place cauliflower in blender. Add liquid of choice until the mixture is the consistency you like. Add garlic salt. May add less or more to taste.
Recipe Notes

A quick “cheat” is to purchase pre-chopped cauliflower. This makes preparation even easier! Add a dollop of butter or plant-based butter (we like Earth’s Balance) and Bam! Nutritious…delicious…mashed “potatoes”!
