Recipe Notes

A fresh smoothie is the best smoothie but we’ve been known to make double the portion and have it on hand for a twenty-four hour time frame. Depending upon how many you are serving you may be able to eek two breakfasts and one after-school snack from a batch!

***If you like your smoothies a bit more sweet add a tablespoon of honey-it’s all you’ll need!
