We’ve all been there. Fortunately, most of us have a BFF to walk us through the difficult separation. Others of us have resorted to counseling. Breaking up is tough. Especially, when were talking about the pajamas we’ve worn for the last decade (or two).
I’m not sure when it hit me. Maybe it was the moment I was folding my freshly laundered P.J.’s and noticed the tearing seams. Perhaps it was the look on my daughters face the morning I padded out to the kitchen sans housecoat. I was sporting my favorite jams from the 90’s. (Color schemes have changed a little since then.)
Maybe it was the evening Doc and I were looking forward to having all the kids gone…I grabbed my lingerie (Who am I kidding?) and for some reason I was more inspired to go paint the garage then pursue romance.
Indeed——it was time for new pajama’s!
Has anybody else been there?
Valentines Day is around the corner and this DoAhead Diva is thinking its time to re-evaluate what’s in pajama land. Now I don’t have anything against the Victoria Secret girls its just that jam’s on them do NOT look like jams on me. Below are links for a couple of brands that are more my style.
